FAQs

How can seasonal colour analysis help me?

Seasonal colour analysis gives you a fresh sense of confidence and clarity. Knowing your best colours makes shopping and dressing so much easier – no more guesswork or feeling unsure. You’ll save time (and even money) by focusing on clothes and makeup that truly flatter you. Most importantly, you’ll feel more vibrant, put-together, and confident every day because you know you look your best.

What kind of photos should I submit for colour analysis?

I’ll need several clear, well-lit photos without makeup or filters so I can see your true colouring. For best results, photos in natural daylight either outside or facing a window (no direct sun or harsh shadows). Hair pulled back from your face and a white tshirt or white cloth draped around you is ideal. A couple of shots from different angles or lighting, plus some childhood photos with your natural hair colour can also help me capture the real you.

What if I don’t like my colour palette?

Sometimes it can be a shock if you prefer other colours, but it doesn’t mean you can’t wear those colours, just that your palette colours are your absolute best to bring your face and eyes to life. I suggest trying small experiments at first like a new lipstick, tshirt or scarf. You don’t have to do it all at once as that can be overwhelming. Items closest to the face are the most important, so trousers, shoes, bags etc don’t matter as much.

Can a photo-based colour analysis really be accurate?

Absolutely – with the right photos and expertise, a digital colour analysis can be accurate, though not as guaranteed as an in-person session in some unusual cases. It’s an excellent alternative for someone who can’t make it to a studio or can’t pay higher costs. I personally analyse your makeup-free photos in natural lighting using a highly regarded colour analysis system to pinpoint your season.
